1. What this covers
These terms apply when you install or use the AttentionPro Chrome extension, the Android launcher, or this website. If you do not agree with them, uninstall the software and stop using the site. AttentionPro is currently in beta, which means features are still changing and some of what is described on this site is not yet switched on.
2. What we promise you
These are product laws, and they hold on every surface without exception:
- Emergency is sacred. Calls and emergency communication work with zero friction, wall or no wall.
- Nudge, never block. Every wall has a way through. No shame mechanics, no guilt streaks.
- A distraction never starts a task. Deliberate time on distracting things happens inside a break you start, counted and visibly off the clock.
- Count attention, not presence. Time credits only while you are really there.
- Privacy is the moat. Detection runs on your device. What leaves it is listed in the privacy policy.
- Same words everywhere. If a sentence exists on one surface, the others reuse it, so the product never contradicts itself.
We also will not block or delay uninstalling, will not gate emergencies, will not hide the way out of a wall, and will not charge you anything without an explicit purchase.
3. Accounts
Signing in uses a one-time code sent to your email. There is no password. You are responsible for the security of the email account you sign in with, because anyone who can read that inbox can sign in as you. Tell us at support@attentionpro.app if you believe someone else has access to your account.
4. Plans and payment
The focus tools are free forever on the device you install them on. Paid plans add cloud backup and the features that depend on a server.
- Pro covers 2 device seats, at $6.99 a month, $29 every 6 months, or $49 a year.
- Pro Max covers 4 device seats, at $46 every 6 months or $79 a year.
- Free. The apps are free to use on the device you install them on, with no account and no time limit. There is no trial, because there is nothing to try on a clock: what you pay for is the server half.
Those are the standard rates. Some countries are priced lower, so the amount on the pricing page and at checkout may be less than the figures above. The price shown at checkout is the price you are charged.
Who you are buying from
Paddle.com Market Ltd is the merchant of record for every purchase made on this website or through the browser extension. That means Paddle, not us, is the seller on that transaction: Paddle takes the payment, issues your receipt, and is responsible for collecting and remitting any sales tax or VAT due in your country. Your purchase is therefore subject to Paddle's buyer terms as well as these terms. We provide the service; Paddle sells you access to it.
Card details are entered on a Paddle-hosted page and never reach our servers or either client. The charge on your statement will name Paddle.
Subscriptions bought inside the Android app are sold by Google Play under Google's terms, and are changed, cancelled and refunded through Play rather than through us or through Paddle. We cannot cancel or refund a Google Play subscription on your behalf, and that includes when you delete your account here. You have to do that in the Play Store.
Renewal and cancellation
A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time from your account page (or in the Play Store for a Play subscription), and you keep what you paid for until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are covered by our refund policy. Prices may change, and if they do the change will not apply to a period you have already paid for.
5. Your data
Your tasks, history and settings are yours. You can download any cloud snapshot as a file, delete any device's backup, and delete your account and everything stored against it. Deleting cloud data never touches the copies on your own devices. What we collect, and what a backup contains, is set out in the privacy policy.
6. Fair use
Please do not try to reach other people's accounts, attack or overload our servers, or resell the service as your own. We may suspend an account that does these things.
7. The honest disclaimer
AttentionPro is provided as is. We work hard to make the clock accurate and the wall reliable, but we cannot promise the service will never be interrupted, and we cannot promise it will change your habits. It is a tool, not a treatment, and it is not medical advice. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
8. Changes and endings
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will update the date above and say what changed before it takes effect. You can stop using AttentionPro at any time by uninstalling it, and delete your account from the deletion page. We may end an account that breaks section 6, and we will tell you why.
