Refunds
Last updated 6 September 2026.
There is no free trial, and that is deliberate: the apps are free forever on the device you install them on, so there is nothing to put on a clock. What you pay for is the server half: cloud backup, restore, and one wall list applied across your devices.
This page is the trial. Every payment has fourteen days behind it, and inside those fourteen days you can ask for your money back for any reason at all, including no reason.
1. Fourteen days on any payment
Ask within 14 days of the charge and we refund it in full. That applies to your first payment and to every renewal after it, so if a yearly plan renewed and you had meant to cancel, that is covered too. Write to us rather than disputing it with your bank, and it will be quicker for both of us.
One refund per charge. We may decline a request on an account that has already been refunded more than once, and we will say so plainly rather than going quiet.
2. After fourteen days
We do not refund a period that is already running, and we do not pro-rate a part-used month or year. You can cancel at any time from your account page, and you keep everything you paid for until the end of the period you paid for. Nothing renews after that.
If something on our side was broken for a stretch of your subscription, that is not covered by the fourteen days. Write to us and we will sort it out: a rule about changing your mind is not a reason to keep money for a service that was not working.
3. Subscriptions bought in the Android app
We cannot refund those, and neither can Paddle. Google Play is the seller for anything bought inside the Android app, the money goes to Google, and only Google can send it back. Google offers a self-service refund for a short window after purchase in the Play Store, and a request form after that. Google's refund page is the place to start.
This is also why deleting your AttentionPro account does not stop a Play subscription. Your data goes, but Google keeps billing until you cancel it in the Play Store. The account page says so at the time, and so does the reply from our server.
4. What a refund does to your data
A refund ends the paid half straight away: cloud backup, restore and the shared wall list stop, and your device seats are released.
The apps keep working. Tasks, timers, the full wall, breaks and your history are all local and stay exactly as they are, free and with no time limit, on every device you have installed them on. Nothing you have made is taken away and nothing stops working on a clock.
The one thing that comes back is the reminder to subscribe, which sits in the apps while an account is signed in and unpaid. It is a banner and nothing more: it does not cover the screen, interrupt you, or gate anything the free apps do.
We do not delete your snapshots when a plan ends. They stay where they are, so subscribing again picks up where you left off. You can download any of them as a file, delete any single device's backup, or delete the account and everything in it, all from your account page. If you want a copy before the refund goes through, take it first.
5. How to ask
Email support@attentionpro.app from the address on the account, or reply to the receipt Paddle sent you. Tell us which charge you mean. You do not have to explain why.
Purchases on this website and in the browser extension are sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our merchant of record, so Paddle is who actually issues the refund once we approve it. It goes back to the card or account you paid with, and nowhere else. It usually shows up within five to ten working days, depending on your bank rather than on us.
6. Your legal rights
Nothing on this page reduces any right you have under the consumer law where you live. If that law gives you a longer window or a stronger remedy than the fourteen days above, that law wins. In the UK and the EU that includes the statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract; because Paddle is the seller on the transaction, Paddle's buyer terms apply to it alongside ours.
