One task at a time.
Times the work. Walls the rest. What pros use to get work done.
Your Digital Detox in 3 Steps
You name what you are doing
Sites and apps are linked to the task you want to focus on by default. The clock counts up helping you manage your precious time and complete your tasks.
You focus only on the task at hand
Distractions are blocked behind a wall. You resist and move back to work scoring your resistance score and can even block all other distracting sites and apps with strict sessions to ensure you stay focused on your task.
You complete the task or take a quick timed break
Breaks are timed and come off the clock. Procrastination and doom scrolling run into a limit instead of an evening. The day ends with a real total per task, measured on the device rather than estimated.
No More Attention Issues
In the browser
You cannot start something else until the time is paid. Freeze the workspace as well and anything outside this task's own sites is blocked, in whichever tab you opened it, because it watches all of them. One exit: "Giving up early costs 1 resistance." Tabs group under the task and close together when you shelve it.
On the phone
The launcher owns the home screen, and a walled app opened from recents or a notification meets the same wall. Those apps stop notifying you while you work. Calls are never gated, in any mode.

FAQs
The page is covered before you get into it. It names the task you said you were on and asks whether this helps finish it. Two buttons: "Resist. Back to task" with +1 resistance score, or "Take a break" with a countdown of 5, 10 or 15 minutes that pulls you back on track.
Nothing unless you sign in. Then a backup snapshot: settings, wall list, tasks, notes, saved bookmarks, daily task history to help you track your digital well being.
Yes, for new-tab suggestions. It stays on the computer. That is why Chrome asks for the history permission.
Sign in on the web app, open your guardwall. Add or remove sites and Android apps. Clients pick it up on the next sync. Removing is difficult by design and always asks for a reason.
Everything the apps do on the device you install them on: tasks, timers, the full wall, breaks and your history. No account, no payment, no time limit. Paying adds the server half: cloud backup, restore, and one wall list applied across your devices.
